How to measure
- 01
Length: from the pubic bone on top to the tip
Press a ruler lightly against the pubic bone on the upper side and measure straight to the tip. Angling the ruler or pressing hard into fat inflates the number.
- 02
Girth: circumference at the thickest point
Wrap a tape or string around the thickest part and measure it. If you only know the diameter, switch to “Diameter” (we multiply by 3.14).
- 03
Erect means fully hard
A half-erection reads small. For flaccid, measure at room temperature, not cold. Measuring a few times and using the middle value is more stable.
Rank table
Rank is based on the overall score (average of the length and girth T-scores). 50 is average, 60 is top 16%, 70 is top 2%.

The data and how to read it
The baseline: 15,521 men measured by clinicians
We use the nomograms built by Veale et al. (2015, BJU International) from studies where health professionals measured with a standard procedure. Erect length averages 13.12 cm (SD 1.66), erect girth 11.66 cm (1.10), flaccid length 9.16 cm (1.57), flaccid girth 9.31 cm (0.90).
Self-reported surveys run large
Online surveys and retailer data put the average around 13.5–14 cm, roughly 1 cm higher. Measuring methods vary, and smaller men are less likely to answer. We only use measured data, so this may feel stricter than averages you have seen elsewhere.
No country-specific baseline
There is no large public dataset of clinician-measured men for a single country. Measured studies find only very small differences between populations, so the worldwide measured data is the baseline.
T-score vs percentile
T-score = 50 + 10 × (your value − mean) ÷ SD. 60 is top 16%, 65 is top 7%, 70 is top 2.3%. 40 is bottom 16%.

FAQ
- Erect or flaccid?
- Erect is the reference. Flaccid size varies a lot with temperature and nerves, so treat it as a rough guide.
- I only know the diameter
- Switch to “Diameter” and we convert it to circumference (× 3.14).
- Is my result stored?
- No. Everything is calculated on your device and nothing is sent to our server. The share link contains your numbers, so choose who you send it to.
- My score is low. Is something wrong?
- No. The number only shows where you sit in the distribution. It says nothing about health or how good your sex life is. A urologist can answer any concerns.
- The average is different from other sites
- Self-reported surveys run about 1 cm large. We only use clinician-measured data.
This shows a statistical position only and is not a medical assessment. Size and sexual satisfaction are different things. For adults 18+.
