Streak Counter · English
NoFap Streak CounterWhat day you're on, in one tap.
A counter for NoFap and abstinence streaks. Tap “Kept it today” once a day and it lands on the calendar; each milestone gives you a title. A slip isn't a reset: pick the trigger, log it and keep going. Your current streak restarts, but your total and best record stay. No app install, no account.

How to use
- 01
Pick a mode
Full abstinence, no orgasm, or no porn only. You can change it later.
- 02
Start
Counting begins from the moment you press it. Already on a streak? Move the start date back.
- 03
Tap “Kept it today” daily
One tap puts it on the calendar. Even if you forget, the streak keeps counting from the start date.
- 04
Red button when an urge hits
90 seconds of breathing and three things you can do right now. Each press is saved to “when urges hit”.
What people say happens, day by day
This is a summary of what people commonly report. It doesn't promise any medical effect, and the research is still thin.
- 1
First Step
The most common reaction: “nothing much happened.” The point is to log the day you decided.
- 3
Past Three Days
The day most often described as the hardest. The peak of urges tends to land here.
- 7
The Week Wall
Many report their skin or sleep “feels different.” A small study found a temporary rise in testosterone around day 7; it has rarely been replicated and nobody claims it lasts.
- 14
Second Week
Weeks two and three often bring a flat, unmotivated stretch. A lot of slips happen here.
- 21
Habit Sprout
Habits start swapping. Many say urges come less often.
- 30
One Month
The milestone where people most often report steadier focus, sleep and confidence. The number shared most.
- 60
Two Months
Urges become something you can let pass, many say.
- 90
Ninety Days
A common marker in online communities. Many describe “feeling back to normal,” but the research is still thin.
- 180
Half a Year
By now counting is no longer the point.
- 365
One Year
One year. Titles end here, but the counter keeps going.
The three modes
Full abstinence
No orgasm and no masturbation. The strictest mode.
No orgasm
Edging is allowed. As long as you don't finish, the day counts. When an urge hits, let the edging game take it.
No porn only
No porn. Masturbation and orgasm aren't counted.
How to keep going
Decide your bedtime routine
“Before bed” is the most common slip trigger. Decide where the phone goes before you lie down.
Learn your triggers from tags
A slip is just one tag. The stats show the breakdown, so you learn your weak spots.
Watch total, not just streak
A broken streak doesn't erase your total or best. Logging and continuing beats starting over.
Urges crest and pass
Strong urges usually fade within minutes, people say. Use the red button's 90 seconds to get over the crest.
FAQ
- Does a wet dream reset the streak?
- No. This counter only counts actions you chose. You don't need to log wet dreams.
- How many days counts as success?
- There's no fixed answer. 30 and 90 days are the numbers most often shared. This counter keeps your total and best alongside the streak, so slips still add up.
- Where is my data stored?
- Only in your device's browser. Nothing is sent to a server. To use another device, export the JSON and import it there.
- What if I slip?
- Press “Slipped” and pick the trigger. The streak goes back to 0, but your total and best record remain.
- What does “No orgasm” mean?
- Edging is allowed; the day counts as long as you don't finish. When an urge hits, the edging game is there to take it.
