Stamina Percentile CheckerWhere your lasting time ranks among men.

Enter your time from penetration to ejaculation (minutes and seconds) and get your T-score, rank (SS to E), top % and 1-in-N instantly. The baseline is stopwatch-measured data from 491 men in five countries (median 5.4 minutes). Turn the result into a card and post it on X.

How to measure

How to measure

  1. 01

Time from the moment of penetration to ejaculation

Foreplay is not included. Studies measure exactly this interval (IELT) with a stopwatch. A phone timer is fine.

  2. 02

    Enter your usual average

A single time is noisy. Use the middle value of your last three or so. Leave out the first time after a long break or a night of drinking.

  3. 03

Don't count sessions you stopped on purpose

Sessions where you paused or withdrew deliberately are excluded in the research too. Only count the ones you finished.

Ranks

Rank table

Rank is based on the stamina T-score. 50 is the median (5 min 24 s). Times are right-skewed, so the score is computed on a log scale.

Data

The data and how to read it

  • The baseline: 491 men, stopwatch-timed, five countries

Waldinger et al. (2005, The Journal of Sexual Medicine) had 500 stable couples in the Netherlands, UK, Spain, Turkey and the US time intercourse with a stopwatch for four weeks. Median 5.4 minutes, range 0.55–44.1. The 0.5th percentile was 0.9 min and the 2.5th was 1.3 min. A 2009 replication (474 men) found a median of 6.0 minutes.

  • The distribution is right-skewed

The short end bunches up around one minute while the long end stretches to 30 or 40 minutes. A plain mean and SD would be distorted, so we take the log of the time and treat it as normal (median 5.4 min, log SD 0.71).

  • It drops with age

In the same survey, men aged 18–30 had a median of 6.5 minutes and men over 51 had 4.3. We don't adjust for age, so younger men are scored a little strictly and older men a little generously.

  • Surveys run long

Self-reported surveys often put the average at 10–15 minutes; with a clock it settles at 5–6. We only use measured data.

FAQ

FAQ

Does foreplay count?
No. Only the time from penetration to ejaculation.
What about sessions where I edged to last longer?
Exclude sessions you stopped on purpose. Use the average of the ones you finished.
Is my result stored?
No. Everything is calculated on your device and nothing is sent to our server. The share link contains your time, so choose who you send it to.
My score is low. Is it premature ejaculation?
The number only shows your position in the distribution. The clinical definition requires ejaculating within about a minute nearly every time and being distressed by it; time alone doesn't decide it. A urologist can help if it worries you.
Is longer better?
Partner satisfaction doesn't track duration closely. Research links satisfaction more to a sense of control than to minutes.

This shows a statistical position only and is not a medical assessment. Duration and sexual satisfaction are different things. For adults 18+.
