「You want to be held, and quickly」

Three lines that probably land
Strength
You hand someone the plain feeling of being needed.
Weakness
The need to keep confirming leaves them no space of their own.
What you haven't admitted
The act itself honestly isn't that important to you.
The full read
1What you want at night is confirmation more than pleasure. That you are genuinely cared for, that this person is here right now. Once that's established the content almost doesn't matter — which is why you'd rather be touching soon than waiting long.
If you could ask one thing of them
Don't turn your back straight afterward. That's all I need.
2You don't want anything unusual. Being the same as always is where you find safety. The same shape, the same words, the same way of being held — it all proves nothing has changed. Introduce novelty and your first reaction is anxiety, not delight.
3And your afterward is the longest. You can't let go, you want to keep talking, you want to keep touching. Turn away quickly and the whole night is undone. For you, the real event is what happens after.

Read it through the four axes
Each of the four letters in the code is a lean on one axis. Here's how they come out for this type.
SControl · Surrender
You hand it over. Who you're with matters more than what happens, so the flow is theirs. The one thing you ask for is to be held, soon.
QTempo · Quick
Short before it starts, long after it ends. No preamble needed, but afterward you can't let go. The main event is, in fact, the afterward.
TRegister · Tender
Confirmation over pleasure. That you're cared for, that this person is here right now. Once that's confirmed, the content hardly matters.
CAdventure · Classic
The same as always is what makes you feel safe. The same flow, the same words, the same way of being held: proof that nothing has changed.
Things this type tends to say
- 「Hold me tight.」
- 「Don't go yet.」
- 「Same as always is fine.」
One letter away: how the neighbours differ
These are the types that match on three axes and flip on one. Read them and you'll see which axis actually decided your result.
Only the Control axis is flipped
LQTCDeft FoxThe Fox hands over the feeling of being cared for, short and careful; the Fawn receives it. Same destination, one in the driver's seat and one in the passenger seat.
Only the Tempo axis is flipped
SETCMoody CatThe Cat won't start until the mood arrives and enjoys the game. The Fawn can't enjoy the game and wants to be touching soon. The Cat's night has a long first half; the Fawn's has a long second half.
Only the Register axis is flipped
SQHCHonest RabbitThe Rabbit wants heat; the Fawn wants confirmation. The Rabbit's main event is the moment it begins; the Fawn's is after it ends.
Only the Adventure axis is flipped
SQTXReckless MothThe Moth isn't drawn to safe nights and walks toward danger. The Fawn wants only safe nights. The night the Moth finds disappointing is the Fawn's best night.
Compatibility
Compatibility isn't a single score. "How much it burns tonight" and "whether it lasts" are measured separately, so you see not only your best match but the one that burns brightest and never lasts.
Best match
LQTCDeft FoxOverall 86
The Fawn wants to be held quickly and reliably; the Fox delivers short and careful. The Fox always has a sentence ready for afterward, and the Fawn's afterward is the longest of all, so the two mesh at the end of the night. Gentle burn, maximum staying power.
Burns, but doesn't last
LQHXRestless MantisOverall 75
The Mantis brings in new things without warning, and novelty makes the Fawn anxious. But the Mantis's momentum satisfies the Fawn's need to be wanted in an instant, so the first night burns. Over repeated nights, the Fawn can't settle into a different night every time, and the Mantis gets bored of the same embrace.
Least compatible SEHXDrifting Jellyfish Overall 34
Frequently asked
- Why does a Clingy Fawn (SQTC) stay attached for so long afterward?
- Because the afterward is the main event. For SQTC the act is a means of confirmation, and the confirmation only finishes when they know they don't have to let go. Turn your back and the whole night is undone. Five minutes is enough. Just stay.
- They look anxious whenever I suggest something new.
- Because they hear it as 'something changed'. SQTC treats the same-as-always as proof that nothing has changed. If you want to suggest something, keep the order: 'after the usual'. That makes it much easier to accept.
- Which type is the worst fit for SQTC?
- The Drifting Jellyfish (SEHX). The Jellyfish finds pleasure in losing itself; the Fawn wants confirmation that it's cared for. Both surrender, and neither the length nor the temperature matches.
